Bell Capital Corp. is a private venture capital and advisory firm based in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Formed in 2004, we consult to and advise management teams on strategic direction, leadership structuring, contract negotiation, dispute resolution and various transactions. We have extensive experience in cross-border transactions, commercial real estate, corporate finance, securities law, corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions. We have in-depth experience in taking companies from incorporation through the initial funding rounds and ultimately to the initial public offering and exit transactions.

David C.M. Bell is a Canadian business advisor and business lawyer. He is a motivational leader who finds practical solutions to balance the corporate vision with realistic management of resources and capital. He believes leadership alignment, proper capitalization, business planning and project execution are keys to success. He has a broad base of experience including oilfield services, natural resources, land development, commercial real estate, technology and foreign investment into various Canadian industries. He is a Member of both the British Columbia and Alberta Law Societies and the Canadian Bar Association. David's been a director and officer of mining, oil and gas and real estate companies on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Studies and a Juris Doctor degree - both from the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to forming Bell Capital Corp. David was the founding lawyer for the Calgary office of a national law firm.
